As Managing Director and Chief Career Consultant for The School of Career Advancement Inc., Glen’s core focus is facilitating Positive Career Management (PCM) for individuals, groups and Institutions. He specialize in career coaching, career competency development and career education.

With over 23 years of career management experience, Glen has completed hundreds of one-on-one career consultations. He has also delivered over 700 presentations and workshops at the University of Toronto to groups ranging from 5 to 1,500 participants, with attendees from more than 135 countries targeting dozens of professions.

As a community-conscious individual, Glen mentors new Canadian professionals for Skills for Change and Acces Employment and facilitates their integration into the Canadian job-market. He also believes it is important to build a strong online community with his LinkedIn network surpassing 12,000 direct connections.

Glen completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at York University and his Master’s Degree in Education at the University of Toronto. He also completed University Certificates in Training & Development, Social Work and Solution-Focused Brief Coaching. He is certified in MBTI, StrengthsQuest and CareerLeader – a Harvard developed career assessment tool for business professionals.

Lisa Latorcai is the founder of Amadeus Consulting, offering facilitation, training modules and profile assessments that help companies focus on the relationship between their employees reducing cost and maximizing profit.  She specializes in workplace dynamics and delivers a program for employees of all levels of an organization called The Authentic Workforce.


Lisa earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto complemented by a major in Psychology. Her education also includes a Diploma in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier in Nova Scotia. She is certified in Choice Theory Psychology/Reality Therapy (CT/RT) by the William Glasser Institute for Coaching and by Profiles International for training users in the Profile’s system.

“Raj is not your typical chemist; his unique background consists of acting, teaching, competitive sports, chemistry and sales!”

Raj completed his Ph.D. is in Bio-organic Chemistry from the University of Toronto (U of T) where he came face to face with a significant problem that most scientists face – they were not being adequately trained to communicate the importance of their work in a clear and engaging way.

Yet, scientists need this skill to be successful in their professional careers and to be advocates for science. In response to this, Raj leveraged his experience as an actor, teacher and as a scientist and designed a series of communications workshops for the Department of Chemistry at the University of Toronto. Going further, Raj has deliver communication training seminars to various groups including the U of T Career Center, U of T Public Speaking Club and Sun Life Financial.


In other areas of his professional career, Raj is utilizing his strengths as a communicator as Sales Training Manager with Vicinity Rewards by Rogers Communications. In this role, Raj helps small businesses use a customer loyalty platform to become more profitable. In a volunteer role, he is currently the Chair of the Toronto Section of the Chemical Institute of Canada which represents over 4000 chemical professionals in the Greater Toronto Area.
